EtOH ApS strongly believes that research obtained at universities can be directly implemented in order to improve existing accelerated aging processes and helps to explain mechanisms of occurring reactions. During the last 3 years we successfully collaborated with students from University of Copenhagen, mostly from Food Science and Chemistry departments. We believe in science and do not take this task lightly.
If you can’t think of anything, although would like to cooperate with us, we have currently available research concerning:
– Oxygenation and its impact on enhancement of esterification process
– Water dilution effects on esters hydrolysis
Support and Grants
Some of our projects were partially founded by Future Food Innovation Denmark.
